Description :
Our client is a leading retail group of companies operating across Saudi Arabia. They operate across the Kingdom with a large multicultural workforce and many retail sales outlets.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Franchise Manager to lead their growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Experience in preparing, developing, and managing franchise's contracts
• Sales, Marketing, Managerial experience and Leadership
• Strategic brand development and business planning
• The identification and appointment of new franchisees
• Development and implementation of franchise operations
• Accountability for the profit and loss design and delivery of the franchise operation
• Maintaining strong relationships, both at home and abroad
• Developing a team and providing strong leadership
• Property strategy development

Requirements :
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Open to Arabic nationals – Saudis very welcome to apply
• Open to other nationalities as well with exact experience as below
• 5 yrs of experience in granting, developing and managing franchises of retail (FMCG, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Convenience Stores, Food Retail)
• Experience in preparing, developing, and managing franchise's contracts
• Sales, Marketing, Managerial experience and Leadership are required
