Responsibilities:
Lead a small skilled PMO team with the following specific responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of Project Methodology including associated tools and templates.
Quality assurance of live projects
Ensuring appropriate transparent governance, project status reporting, and project decision making.
Manage the periodic planning / portfolio selection process, including ensuring appropriate transparency and controls around costs and benefits.
“Sell” and manage CTB PMO services, including CTB’s strategic project management tool to the wider community e.g. IT in DKS, Finance onshore.

Requirements :


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business or numerate discipline.
Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP) strongly preferred
Should have worked previously a large commercial organization or consulting firm using structured project management methodology, for at least 12 years, with at least 4 years of that in a project management office.
Must have global experience, either by having worked abroad or by having extensive exposure to overseas stakeholders.
Should have project managed a variety of projects, preferably IT as well as non IT.
Strong appreciation of technology.
