Description :
As a Succession/Exit Planning Advisor you work with Business Owners in planning the exit from their businesses via sale of their businesses to 3rd parties, their children or employees. Your work will also interface with FORTUNE’s Business Valuation programs and Mergers & Acquisitions programs.
Compensation: No Base salary as this is a 1099 position. Estimated commissions for a motivated individual up to $100,000 per year. Successful candidates can earn substantially more depending on their experience and work ethic.
FORTUNE Business Transfers & Acquisitions provides the following services: Business Sales, Business Acquisitions, Business Exit/Succession Planning and Certified Business Valuations. We operate as a Merger & Acquisition firm focusing on Privately Held Businesses with revenues up to $100 million.
We also provide expertise in the critical areas of growth and profitability, business due diligence, financial analysis, tax minimization, and value maximization. |
Requirements :
Someone who seriously wants to enter or continue in the Business Succession/Exit Planning and will be very passionate about their work. Highly motivated self-starter with professional experience in any of the following areas: Succession/Exit Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions or Business Sales, Business Valuations, Sales Experience of Services, Business to Business Sales, Management Consulting. A minimum of 5 years of professional employment experience following receipt of BS/BA degree, Masters degree preferred. |
