About the role:
As a Credit Controller within this busy team, you’ll work at the heart of this endeavour, taking responsibility for a panel of accounts and their associated premiums. You’ll effectively prioritise a daily workload to achieve your targets, maximising cash flow and minimising bad debts. This will include cash allocation and reconciliation, nurturing great relationships with brokers and colleagues, cash flow management and resolution of account queries.

Requisitos :
About you:
You will have solid experience of credit control, preferably within the insurance industry and good financial awareness, combined with strong numeracy and great Excel skills, which will enable you to apply effective techniques, confidently within a regulated environment. With a good education (including Maths and English GCSE), you’ll ideally be working towards a professional qualification. Organised and naturally communicative with great negotiation skills and a friendly telephone manner, you’ll be no stranger to targets and deadlines, which you’ll take in your capable stride. |
