Job Description

・ Selling IT services to new customers
・ Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts in banking /Securities/Financial Services/Capital Market.
・ Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.
・ Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi million dollar engagements.
・ In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms,
・ Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
・ Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory.
・ Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential

Requirements :


REQUIREMENTS:
・ 15+ years of Sales experience.
・ Required to handle a business size of USD 10mn + across Banking/Securities/Financial Services/ Capital Markets.
・ Proven and consistent track record producing revenues of over $5 million.
・ Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills.
・ Responsible for generating leads, cold calling, identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities.
・ Experience in business evaluations, gathering and analyzing corporate and market information.
・ Must have strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
・ Strong technical understanding with experience in or familiarity with current technologies is necessary.
・ Knowledge of SDLC life cycle and various commercial models (Fixed Price/T&M).
・ Must have strong existing C-level relationships from past client base

・ Prior experience in negotiating commercial/legal contracts.

Educational qualification:
・ Engineering background with MBA desirable (not must).
