ROLE PURPOSE
To act as a liaison between Clients and the company’s Broker Business within the Retirement Funding Division. Clients may be either Brokers, who may have a number of clients whose pension funds are part of umbrella funds or stand alone, and direct with the employers. The above role may expand to include a sales role, i.e. marketing and procurement of the business and its umbrella fund capabilities and services to the intermediary market. However, the immediate requirement would comprise of a servicing role until the end of 2010.
You would be required to report to the Head of Administration in the Retirement Funding Division (RF) and work with the Team Leaders of various areas within RF.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:-
To develop and maintain sound working relationships with funds, the broker business and with third parties.
To assist RF Team Leaders with the delivery of high quality service to the Broker community.
To facilitate possible solutions to improve the service of RF to the Broker community
To capture the needs of Clients and Members and assist RF in working to ensure that the operation and systems are developed to meet those requirements.
Ensure that each client has a signed Service Level Agreement and to regularly review the SLA.
Responsibility for retaining portfolio of clients
Accountability for new business and revenue goals.
