The Role
This position is responsible for providing accounts and administrative services to ISSI Media and financial and other reporting to its parent company, CC Media Network

Main Responsibilities

providing financial advice to assist management in making sound business decisions

maintaining and reporting variances on the budgets

developing and maintaining the internal control system

monitoring cash flows and predicting future requirements

managing the financial accounting processes and procedures

developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, such as auditors, lawyers and banks

producing accurate monthly management accounts and other financial reports to specific deadlines

maintaining and reporting variances on the budgets

keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

posting to ledgers in the accounting system

assisting with creditors and issuing payments

reconciliation of account ledgers

maintaining the company’s payroll system, including payroll preparation and payments

procurement of office needs

upkeep and maintenance of the asset register

dealing with all general administration requirements as necessary

Requisitos :


Key Skills Required:

good knowledge of procurement procedures

basic negotiation skills

good communication

very good documentation and reporting

good conflict resolution and mediation

very good organisational abilities

customer service oriented

must be a self starter

proficient in the use of Office applications

good knowledge in the use of the Internet


Experience and Education Required:

at least one year’s experience in a similar role/s essential

fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish

appropriate accounting qualification required
