Scope Of Role:
Key Outcomes (required level):

Agree and deliver revenue targets (portfolio growth & business revenue from the new pipeline) and activity targets for the client portfolio managed
Actively call on the client portfolio to ensure targeted revenue is achieved
Manage deal flow communication in terms of pipeline, sales and feedback on significant deals

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

Primarily responsible for marketing of the full range of TB products
Understand the business operations, strategies and requirements of customers, and how these impact the types of TB products and solutions they require in order to provide consultative selling and structure TB solutions to customers
Work closely with Product Managers as channel for client feedback and to provide input for product development / enhancement
Oversee the implementation process after a deal is mandated
Influence service standards and ensure top quality of service delivery to customers
Maintain and improve product utilization ratio after selling
Responsible for Client Map for key accounts and joint account planning with Relationship Managers
Ensure Money Laundering Prevention Policy and Customer Due Diligence procedures are thoroughly understood and adhered to

A successful track record in new business development
Established local network in financial services highly regarded
A motivated salesperson that has the drive, ability and passion to identify, pursue and close deals
The ability to work autonomously, as well as, be a team player
Excellent time management, the ability to priorities issues and be responsive
High attention to detail
High energy levels
Strong presentation & communication skills
Ability to "manage" the cost and revenue aspect of a portfolio
Fluent in Mandarin & English speaking, writing, reading & listening
Knowledge in China market
