Requirements :
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage affluent customers with large deposits & sell banking products
- Deliver high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Establish good relationship with customers
- Ensure aggressive sales targets for all relevant products is met accordingly to the business strategy set, in addition to meeting client service quality standard levels set by the bank
- Support line manager in implementing Sales &Service plan for the branch.
- Enhance teamwork spirit, self-improvement in career by continuous learning
Job Requirements:
- A university graduate with five years' experience wealth management
- Existing portfolio of Mainland China customers
- Good knowledge of Bank’s products, procedures and legal requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Fluent English and Mandarin, both in spoken and written |
