Manages a team of individuals typically 4 direct reports.
Accountable for the the success of small projects or sections of larger ones.
Responsbile for the quality and timeliness of all project deliverables and well as the implementation of relevant project management practices (status reporting, issue tracking etc). Day to day responsiblity for managing the project with line, technology and other partners. In depth product experience and knowledge of financial instruments accounting and transaction lifecycle, and strong project and program management skills required.
May be responsible for staffing, performance management and compensation decision making.
BA preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
Typically 7-10 years of applicable experience.

• Responsible for the setup of Capital Markets Operations in China.
• Responsible for development and delivery of the action plan.
• Responsible for implementation of processes, procedures and controls in the new entity
• Partner with key stakeholders like technology, support, business to setup up the new site.
• Interface with local regulators and partners to facilitate the project
• Responsible for liaising with internal and external parties to ensure deliverables are brought in on time.
• Be the key project stakeholder for this project for GMO and MO .
• Perform Ad-Hoc/other projects in times of decreased project momentum.
