Experience in pensions communication consulting with either a DC provider or consultancy or similar related experience
Ability to present information competently and comfortably, externally in front of clients and internally at all levels within the company Ability to demonstrate knowledge of pensions
Keeping abreast of changes in pensions legislation and in the pensions market place and communicating these to clients and members as appropriate
Ability to manage member communications projects, meeting targets in terms of day-to-day work-flows and new projects, using internal and external resources as necessary
Ability to work with other team members and clients to formulate and deliver DC communication and education strategies
Ability to demonstrate writing skills in the preparation of member communications
Consistently reliable, methodical, adaptable, resourceful, enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated and commercially-minded Ability to use a variety of media to implement communication strategies
