Position Overview:
Taking responsibility for leading infrastructure concession program management advisory services to large and complex client engagements, including developing tender and evaluation programs, concession documents and negotiating alongside clients on utility transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
GIPG o Creating concession program cycles, including program definition and program governance, and portfolio, benefits, risk and communication management, critically that maximize benefits to the wider business environment. o Managing projects or programs in infrastructure, Government and blue chip clients, in a range of industry sectors. o Developing key concession program documentation, including concession agreements, business plans, and stakeholder, risk and benefits management strategies. o Drafting and reviewing concession agreements, project finance documents, information memoranda, bid documentation, issues papers and reports prepared for client use. o Supervising and leading the team members that will develop and manage the evaluation of financial models with the capability to sensitize key inputs and stress test financial covenants. Management o Providing strong leadership and direction to designated team. o Mentoring and coaching project/ program management team. o Assisting with the setting of measurable goals for employees and providing feedback to employees on their performance against such goals. o Facilitating employees’ development to help them realize their full potential and assistance with career management plans for management team. o Keeping directors up to date with all developments on various issues falling within job description. o Monitors and upholds high quality of service and deliverables to clients (internal and external). o Be an ambassador and champion of the firms’ values to employees and clients alike. Business Development & Client Management o Leading the business development activity within the designated area/ industry/ region. o Being the first choice point of contact for clients and managing fee negotiations, project costs, raising fees and agreeing dates for cash collection. o Actively seeking new business opportunities for the firm across all service lines with new and existing clients. o Reviewing and presenting key deliverables to clients. o Keeping up to date with KPMG's product and service offerings and identifying sales opportunities that will help KPMG grow its audit / tax / advisory work. o Build the reputation of KMPG through proactive and professional conduct, quality of work, knowledge and experience. o Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, brochures, updates/alerts, press articles, etc. o Prepare for and present seminars and conferences. o Develop a strong network of clients, both existing and new from which the firm can develop strong revenue opportunities. o Ensure that all work is profitable and adds to the values of the firm.
